The Sandoval County Human Resources & Risk Management Division’s Mission is to:
- Foster a positive working environment that engenders professional growth and skills development among employees by providing information, training and assistance in all Human Resources and Safety related areas.
- Provide guidance and consultation to elected officials, directors, managers and supervisors in the areas of HR compliance, employee & labor relations, employment regulations & statutes and risk management.
- Work to mitigate loss and liability and to create a safe and healthy working environment by enhancing awareness and compliance with OSHA and safety-related regulations.
